Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how CorePulse handles order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery for orders placed through our Shopify store.
1. Shipping Area
CorePulse currently ships only to the 50 United States.
We do not currently ship to:
U.S. territories;
P.O. boxes;
APO/FPO military addresses; or
addresses outside the 50 United States.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, or cancellation of fulfillment.
2. Shipping Method
CorePulse currently offers free standard shipping only.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping, paid shipping upgrades, or customer-selected carrier options.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after the order is placed.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 6 to 10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier location, logistics partner, carrier operations, weather, customs handling, address accuracy, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside CorePulse’s direct control.
5. Fulfillment by Third-Party Suppliers
CorePulse coordinates fulfillment through third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
Products may be shipped from different supplier or logistics partner locations, including locations within or outside the United States.
Because fulfillment is handled by third-party suppliers and logistics partners, customers may receive packages with supplier or logistics partner branding.
6. Split Shipments
Items from the same order may be shipped separately.
If an order contains multiple items, the customer may receive more than one package, and each package may have a different tracking number or delivery date.
7. Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, CorePulse will provide tracking information when it becomes available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipment has been created by the supplier or logistics partner.
8. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within the 50 United States.
No separate shipping fee is charged at checkout for standard shipping.
9. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Brokerage Fees
Customers are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for orders placed through CorePulse.
If any such issue arises in connection with delivery, customers should contact CorePulse at support.corepulse@llmcore.ai.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed.
Customers should carefully review all order details, including product selection, quantity, email address, and shipping address, before completing checkout.
11. Delayed Orders
If an order is delayed, CorePulse may work with the relevant supplier, logistics partner, or carrier to check the shipment status.
If a package has not arrived within 20 business days after the shipment date, the customer should contact CorePulse at:

The customer should include the order number, the email address used at checkout, and any available tracking information.
12. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, CorePulse will review the situation case by case.
Depending on the circumstances, CorePulse may offer an appropriate solution, which may include further investigation, reshipment, or another reasonable resolution.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
CorePulse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported shipping addresses provided by the customer.
