Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is approved, you must ship the item back using a traceable shipping method and provide the tracking number within 10 days of return approval, unless we provide different instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Where a prepaid or free return label is available or required, we will provide one. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved returns must be shipped using a traceable shipping method, and the tracking number must be provided to us within 5 days after return approval unless we give different instructions. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong address because the provided return instructions were not followed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support.corepulse@llmcore.aiΒ with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier.

We may cancel an order before shipment if the shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable, or if the item is unavailable, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method.

If we cannot ship your order within the advertised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • opened, used, or unsealed skincare, beauty, hygiene, or personal-care products;

  • perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants;

  • custom, personalized, or special-order products;

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

  • gift cards;

  • items clearly marked as Final Sale before purchase.

These restrictions do not apply where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law requires a different remedy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
